Dangerous Little Books is an independent publisher that dares to publish the books that others fear to print.
We aim to publish 6 dangerous, contentious, thought-provoking and controversial non-fiction books each year on topics we think are important and interesting to our readers.
Although our publishing aims may sound vague all our books will have the following things in common:
- Dangerous Little Books challenge widely held, but rationally impoverished, truisms and beliefs on subjects that are close to our heart: religion, science, politics, environment, health, self-help, success etc.
- Dangerous Little Books polarise opinion between audiences with something to lose or gain by their core message
- Dangerous Little Books stretch the boundaries of what’s ‘allowed’ and they may get banned, burned or blacklisted by irrational factions including: bad governments, self appointed gurus, guru worshippers, scammers, snakeoil salesmen and religious fanatics
- Dangerous Little Books are no-holds-barred, impassioned and belief-changing books that are not for the faint-of-heart
